A 13" barrel version of M1927A1 Deluxe Carbine. Classified as a pistol and manufactured without buttstock. Original style Thompson 1927 "A" banded type front sight. Production terminated in 1995, as a result of the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban, due to certain physical characteristics, primarily the vertical fore-grip. All were grandfathered in after production had terminated. Not commonly encountered.
