Three firearms manufacturing firms were headed by Thomas K. Bacon between the late 1840s and the late 1860s: Bacon & Co., Bacon Mfg. Co., and Bacon Arms Company. Bacon Arms Company continued manufacturing spur-trigger revolvers after Bacon’s death in 1873 through 1888.
