First introduced in 1967 in 12-gauge; 1969 in 20-gauge. Special order 28-gauge and .410 bore are also seen. Offered in 26.5" barrel lengths, with 27.5" barrels in 12-gauge and 28" barrels in smaller bores available on special order. Features rounded frame and straight-grip stock, with tapered, solid or ventilated rib barrels. Regular production on Superlight ended in 1976 for grades listed. Production did continue for Superlight in P-series beginning in 1977. NOTE: Add 50 percent premium for 20-gauge; 100 percent premium for 28-gauge; 30 percent premium for .410 bore.
