Pocket Revolver

A .28-caliber spur trigger revolver, with 3" octagonal barrel, 6-shot unfluted cylinder, using a cup-primed cartridge and loads from front of the cylinder. There is a hinged hook on side of the frame under the cylinder that acts as the extractor. Silver-plated brass blued, with walnut grips. Barrel marked "Conn. Arms Co. Norfolk, Conn." Approximately 2,700 manufactured in 1860s.
