Chambered for .36-caliber percussion. Has 4" round barrel and 9" knife blade. Pistol usually marked "Cast Steel" and serial numbered. Blade etched with an American eagle, stars and urn with flowers. "Elgin Patent" etched in center. Manufactured in 1837.
