Rudolf Frommer, was a first-class engineer, who became associated with Fegyvergyar in 1896. In 1900, he became manager and held that position until his retirement in 1935. He died one year later in 1936. His designs were successful and prolific. They were used militarily and sold on the commercial market as well.
