Commemorative replica of Officer's Model 1873 Trapdoor Springfield Rifle, with 26" barrel. Engraved and anniversary plaque mounted on stock. Blued, with case colored receiver and pewter fore-end tip. There were 10,000 manufactured in 1971. As with all commemorative's, this model most desirable when NIB with all supplied material.
