Company established in 1993. Among its employees are several who worked for High Standard Company that closed its doors in Connecticut in 1984. Remaining semi-automatic pistols in this section were made in Houston. This firm expanded in 2004, by purchasing the assets of AMT-Auto Mag and Interarms.
