Also produced a shotgun in 4 barrel configuration. Chambered for 12- or 16-gauge, with 28" barrels. Gun is as one would imagine, quite heavy and poorly balanced; not a great success. Lancaster made 4-barrel shotguns in both percussion and shotshell configuration. The express rifle had an twisted oval bore instead of conventional rifling. Values shown are for the shotgun.
