1906 U.S. Army Test Luger .45 Caliber

5" barrel, .45 ACP caliber. Sent to United States for testing in 1907. Chamber is blank, extractor marked "Loaded". Frame is polished under safety lever. Trigger on this model has an odd hook at the bottom. Only five of these pistols were manufactured. Referred to as the "Million Dollar Luger", it is believed that no one has ever paid close to that price. One sold in the late '80s for $430,000.
