Variation of No. 4 Perfection model. Has a higher-grade checkered stock, with shotgun buttplate, 30" part-round part-octagonal barrel. Chambered for .38-40, .40-65 and .45-70 cartridges. Features a Vernier tang peep sight and globe front sight. Manufactured between 1878 and 1882.
