Chambered for .38 Special and .357 Magnum cartridges. Features 18.5" round barrel, with full-length magazine tube and two barrel bands. Holds 9 shots. Walnut straight-grip stock. Manufactured between 1969 and 1984. In 1984, hammer-block crossbolt safety was added and model number was changed to 1894CS. All other specifications remained the same. Model is now known, again, as Model 1894C.
