Boxlock hammerless four barrel shotgun/rifle combination. Shotgun barrels were 12-, 16- or 20-gauge; while top rifle barrel was .22 rimfire with bottom rifle barrel .30-30 or .25-35. Probably any combination of rifle and shotgun could be used as this was a special order gun. Very rare.
