High-grade target-type pistol patterned after Colt Model 1911 pistol, with marked improvements. Chambered for .38 Super, 10mm and .45 ACP cartridges. Barrel 5" or 6" in length and has polygonal rifling. Barrels furnished ported or plain and feature a lockup system that eliminates barrel link and bushing associated with normal Browning design. Has a dual extractor system, adjustable sights and Pachmayr grips. Introduced in 1987.
