Duplex Revolver

.22-caliber spur trigger revolver, with two super-imposed barrels: upper most .22-caliber; lower .32-caliber. Cylinder with eight .22 chambers. Hammer fitted with movable firing pin so pistol can be used as a revolver or single-shot, with .32-caliber barrel. Blued or nickel-plated, with hard rubber grips. Barrel marked "Osgood Gun Works-Norwich Conn." and "Duplex". An unknown quantity manufactured during 1880s.
