Manufactured without an extractor, this type marked "E.Remington & Sons, Ilion, N.Y." on one side and "Elliot's Patent Dec. 12, 1865" on other side of barrel rib. Only a few hundred manufactured in 1866. NOTE: Add 25 percent premium for blued models.
