P 210

Pistol introduced in 1947. Standard issue sidearm of Swiss military from 1949 to 1975. Also issued to Danish Army as Model M49. Chambered in 9mm Parabellum, 7.65 (.30 Luger) and .22 Long rifle, with 8-round magazine. A .22 conversion kit also available for centerfire models. Short-recoil operated single-action pistol, with frame-mounted manual safety and 4.75" barrel. Several variations of original P210 were imported into U.S. from 1950s until about 1987, with limited importation of a few more models until 2007.
