Essentially, quite similar in appearance to 1st Model. Difference being in pull-forward cylinder-latch located under the barrel, replacing button on left side of frame. New method allowed lockup front and back for greater action strength. Barrel length 2.25" was dropped; caliber and finishes the same. Approximately 9,374 manufactured between 1906 and 1910; serial number range 4576 to 13950.
