This version chambered for various calibers. Offered with 24" or 26" barrel. Has an open rear sight, with Rocky Mountain-type front sight. Finish blued and case colored, with walnut stock. Approximately 100,000 manufactured between 1896 and 1933. Premium for pre-1899 antique specimens.
