Old Model Pocket Pistol

A more conventional-appearing single-shot pocket pistol. Chambered for .22 or .30 rimfire cartridges. Has a 3.5" part-octagonal barrel that pivots upward for loading. Features plated brass frame, with blued or nickel-plated barrel and rosewood two-piece grips. Barrel marked "J. Stevens & Co. Chicopee Falls, Mass.". Approximately 15,000 manufactured between 1864 and 1886.
