Pepperbox

A .28 or .316 barreled percussion pepperbox revolver, with barrel lengths from 4" to 6". Hammer fitted with a long cocking piece at the rear and trigger guard may or may not be made with a spur at the rear. Blued, with walnut grips. Barrel group marked "Stocking & Co., Worcester". Manufactured between 1846 and 1854.
