Similar to "Flattop", but rear sight is protected by two raised protrusions — one on each side. Available chambered for .30 Carbine, .357 Magnum, .41 Magnum or .45 Colt cartridge. Barrel lengths: 4.625" or 6.5" in .357 Magnum and .41 Magnum; 4.625" or 7.5" in .45 Colt; 7.5" only in .30 Carbine. Finish blue and grips are walnut, with Ruger medallions. Produced from 1962 to 1972. Note that "Old Style" Blackhawk (i.e., pre-transfer bar) is a popular platform for custom revolvers, so prices may exceed those shown depending on circumstances. Note: Add 20% for .41 Magnum; 50% for .45 Colt; 35% for .30 Carbine. Original verified factory brass grip frame will add at least $1,000 to prices below. It was available chambered for .357 Magnum or .41 Magnum (4.625" or 6.5" barrel), or .45 Colt (4.625" or 7.5" barrel). The .41 Magnum with factory brass frame and 6 1/2-inch barrel will bring $2,000 to $3,000. With a 4 5/8-inch barrel, it could bring $4,000 to $5,000. These values assume excellent or NIB condition.
