Similar in appearance to old model, but has the new hammer block safety system. Frame has two pins instead of three screws. Opening the loading gate frees cylinder stop for loading. Barrel lengths are 4.625", 5.5", 6.5" and 9.5". Sights are adjustable and finish blued. Grips are walnut, with a medallion. An interchangeable .22 Magnum cylinder is supplied. Introduced in 1973 and currently in production.
