A .45-caliber percussion revolver, with 7" round barrel and 6-shot unfluted cylinder. Barrel blued, frame case-hardened. Walnut grips fitted with a brass buttcap. Manufactured in 1848 and 1849. Edwin Wesson also produced many other types of firearms. This dragoon revolver is very rare; values are speculative.
