In order to utilize the expanded production facilities left over from WWI, Winchester introduced a series of three different models of single-shot shotguns; Model 20 was the first of three introduced in 1920. Has a visible hammer and toplever frame. First Winchester to have this type of break-down action. Chambered for .410, 2.5" shell. Barrel is 26" round choked Full, plain walnut pistol-grip stock with hard rubber buttplate. Fore-end has a small lip on front end. Discontinued in 1924. About 24,000 sold.
