Model 24

Model 24 was Winchester's attempt to develop a medium-priced double-barrel shotgun. Like Model 21, it was a toplever break-down model available in 12-, 16-, 20-gauge and in various barrel lengths from 26" to 30". Offered in Standard model only, with double triggers, raised matted rib, plain walnut pistol-/straight-grip stock with semi-beavertail fore-end. Introduced in 1939; discontinued in 1957. About 116,000 sold. NOTE: Add 10 percent for 16-gauge; 25 percent for 20-gauge.
