This model was an attempt by Winchester to market a low-priced .22-caliber rimfire rifle in place of its Models 1902 and 1904. Single-shot bolt-action cocked by pulling firing pin head to the rear. Had an 18" round barrel. Chambered for .22 Short, Long and LR interchangeably. One-piece plain wood stock, with straight-grip. This model was not serial numbered. Introduced in 1928; discontinued in 1931. About 39,000 sold.
