Model 1907
Model 1907 was an improved version of Model 1905. Chambered for new .351 Win. Self-Loading cartridge. Outward appearance same as Model 1905, except for 20" round barrel. First introduced in 1937. Discontinued in 1957, after selling about 59,000 guns. NOTE: Post-WWII Model 1907s command a premium over values shown below.
Available in three different styles:
1. Sporting Rifle: 20" round barrel; plain walnut pistol-grip stock; plain fore-end. Discontinued in 1937.
2. Fancy Sporting Rifle: 20" round barrel; fancy walnut checkered pistol-grip stock; checkered fore-end.
3. Police Rifle: 20" round barrel; plain walnut pistol-grip stock; beavertail fore-end. This version fitted with a leather sling, with/without knife bayonet.
