Single-Shot Target Pistol

A .22-caliber single-shot pistol, with half octagonal barrels measuring from 8" to 16" in length. Barrel pivots downward for loading and marked "W. Wurfflein Philad'a Pa. U.S.A. Patented June 24th, 1884". Blued, with walnut grips. Also available with detachable shoulder stock, which if present, would add approximately 35 percent to values listed. Manufactured from 1884 to 1890.
