These pistols delivered to Argentina in 1927. Right side of slide marked with the two-line inscription Ejercito Argentino Colt Cal .45 Mod. 1927". Also the Argentine National Seal and "Rampant Colt". SN 1-10,000. Verified proof, Assembler's mark and Final inspectors mark under left stock by upper bushing. None had Swartz Safeties. Most of these pistols were re-blued. Re-blued = Fair/Poor. NOTE: Abundance of these and other re-finished Argentine pistols has depressed the prices of all original finish Argentine pistols. Add 20- to 50 percent for finish 99-100 percent.
