Skeletonized composite trigger, beveled magazine well, extended thumb safety and upswept beavertail, with palm swell. Chambered for .45 ACP only. (Colt issued a recall notice for the guide pad on this model in June 2009. Pistols with serial numbers from DR33036 to DR35948 should be sent to the factory for parts replacement.)
