These two limited edition Model 1911s, were introduced in 2011 to commemorate 100th Anniversary of the legendary pistol. Model 1911ANVIII is based on 1918 configuration, with custom roll marks on receiver relating to 100th Anniversary. Higher grade version, Model 1911ANVII, features scroll engraving and historic Colt symbols high-lighted in 24 karat gold. Comes in a glass-topped walnut display case. Production was limited to 750 units. Higher grade variants limited to 100 units, with A, B, C or D levels of engraving scheduled at prices ranging from $2640 to $6528.
