New Pocket Model

First swing-out cylinder, double-action pocket revolver made by Colt. Chambered for .32 Colt and .32 Smith & Wesson. Holds 6-shots and offered with barrel lengths of 2.5", 3.5", 5" and 6". Finish blued or nickel-plated. Grips are checkered hard rubber, with oval Colt molded into them. "Colt's New Pocket" stamped on frame. Patent dates 1884 and 1888 stamped on barrel of later-production guns. Approximately 30,000 of these manufactured between 1893 and 1905. Antiques made before 1898 are more desirable. NOTE: Add 25 percent for early production without patent dates; 10 percent for 5" barrel.
