Final revolver in New Line series. Chambered for .32, .38 and .41 centerfire caliber. The .32 and .41 are quite rare. Offered in barrel lengths of 2.25", 4.5", 5.5" and 6.5". An ejector rod is found on all but the 2.5" barrel. Finish is nickel or blued and case colored. Grips are hard rubber, with scene of a policeman arresting a criminal embossed on them; thusly the model became known to collectors as "Cop and Thug" model. Barrel stamping as other New Lines; frame stamped "New Police .38". Approximately 4,000 manufactured between 1882-1886. NOTE: The .32- and .41-caliber versions will bring a 40- to 50 percent premium.
