Introduced in 1992. Competition H-BAR available in .223-caliber, with 20" heavy barrel counterbored for accuracy. Carry handle is detachable, with target sights. With carry handle removed the upper receiver is dovetailed and grooved for Weaver-style scope rings. New rifles furnished with two 5-round box magazines, sling and cleaning kit. Weight abut 8.5 lbs.
