Model 32 (.38/.32 Terrier)
.38 S&W. Known as Terrier prior to 1957, was introduced in 1936. Essentially a .38 Regulation Police chambered for .38 S&W, with 2" barrel and round butt. Like Model 30 and 31, this revolver was originally built on I-frame, which was changed to J-frame in 1960. The -1 behind model number signifies this change. Offered in blue or nickel-plate. Has a 5-shot cylinder, fixed sights and checkered walnut grips. Discontinued in 1974. One engineering change.
