WEBLEY & SCOTT, LTD.
Location: Birmingham, England
Established in 1860, this firm has produced a wide variety of firearms over the years and has been known as Webley & Scott, Ltd. since 1906. This old English gunmaker traces its history as far back as 1790, when the company began, by making bullet moulds. In 1878, the British Bulldog revolver was developed and in 1887, the Webley model became the official sidearm of the British Defense Forces until 1964. Webley & Scott's history with shotguns goes back to the 1860s, when the company patented the first successful sidelock. Currently the company imports a line of quality shotguns from Turkey.
