SKB ARMS COMPANY

This respected Japanese manufacturer began making shotguns for U.S. market in 1960s. Made various models for Browning, Weatherby and other American brands. In 1970s, SKB began marketing many models under its own name. End of 2009, SKB factory closed its doors. Final inventory was purchased by G. U. Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska. As of mid 2013, G.U. Inc. began importing several shotgun models from Turkey under the SKB brand. Approximately 1967 to 1977, Ithaca imported a series of over/under and side-by-side shotguns from SKB. These models were virtually identical to other SKB-made guns and had the same model numbers. Values shown in this section also apply to Ithaca guns.
